Psychologist Delft, the accessible, positive, and practical psychologist for outdoor treatment.

My name is Sietske Sibie. I graduated in clinical psychology in Amsterdam in 2002. For 5 years, I worked in Mental Health Care, where I met many remarkable individuals and walked a part of their life path with them. During that time, I completed and obtained the cognitive behavioral therapy training.

In 2007, I started working at Delft University of Technology where I currently treat international and Dutch students and staff with mild mental health issues.

Over the past years, outdoor psychology has crossed my path. I thoroughly enjoy taking people outside to provide a listening ear while walking, using various psychological techniques to enhance mental resilience and collaboratively searching for a suitable direction in their lives. This led me to start my own practice 'Outdoor Psychologist Delft Zilverlinde' in 2023. I invite you to walk together through the Delftse Hout or Ackerdijkse Bos in Delft.
